plea of sorts...

is it ok if i solicit funds from the net? if it is deemed soliciting at all? will i get into trouble? will there be people coming to my house to take me away to jail?
well... here goes...
i have this thing... some donation thingy... i was supposed to have submitted it on JUNE 30th... but trouble is... i have yet to collect a single cent... so... if any kind soul out there want to help me... please get back to me ok... thanks... by the way... it's for NKF(singapore)... i will hopefully write out an e-mail asking them to give me... say... 2 more weeks?
